Jonnie Munn has 30 years experience as an investigator for insurance companies, including claim manager for Equifax, handling all lines of property and casualty investigations. Jonnie brings to CJ Hester Inc the experience to investigate heavy casualty losses as well as involved and suspicious property claims. Besides working for CJ Hester Inc Jonnie is the Owner, President and Director of Investigations for CSSI Investigations.

The last 26 years of Jonnie's career has been handling Fire Investigations and Casualty Investigations and Workers Compensation Claims and Surveillance. Jonnie specialized in Cause and Origin fire investigations and was trained in C & O through Fire and Arson schools all over the southeast, qualifying him as an expert witness in State and Federal Courts. Jonnie is still involved in all aspects of fire claims investigation and adjusting.

Jonnie has handled the complete investigation of fire losses from first notice of claim through settlement of loss. He has provided fraud analysis and support for civil defense of suspicious claims (motive, opportunity, inventory analysis and background/financial investigations). He has coordinated with local and state investigating authorities (city, state [State Fire Marshall] and federal [ATF].

His special investigative experience makes him an essential part of what CJ Hester Inc has to offer their clients. Jonnie is a University of Alabama graduate with a BS in Psychology.

Jonnie is licensed in Alabama , Mississippi and Georgia.
