Judy Herrington has 23 years of multiline claims experience, including negotiating and litigation resolution. She has handled a wide variety of multiline claims ranging from personal injury to malpractice and everything in between.

Judy began her career with Progressive Insurance Company, where she worked for 6 years handling all aspects of personal and commercial auto claims, from reporting to resolution. Judy’s employment with Gay & Taylor/Thomas Howell Group in the 90’s gave her the opportunity to work with area casinos risk management departments and insurance agencies in the prevention and handling of all potential and existing claims as well as multiline claims for not only the Mississippi office, which she managed but also for the Mobile, Alabama office.

While working with Nationwide Insurance Company for 10 years (1996 to 2006) she was responsible for handling personal and commercial property and casualty claims from report through litigation resolution for coastal Mississippi.

Finally, before coming to CJ Hester Inc Judy worked with Southern United Fire handling serious personal property and casualty claims, from report through litigation resolution, for multiple states. Judy has spent many years on the coast of Mississippi which greatly assists her in handling claims in this area. Judy holds a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is also licensed in Alabama.
