Cathy J. Hester has over 30 years of multiline insurance experience, the last 23 as an independent claim adjuster. Cathy is a multiline adjuster with heavy casualty and property (Xactimate) experience, including environmental, malpractice, fraud, products and liquor liability. Cathy has attended many mediations and has served as trial monitor for many court cases. Cathy attended the University of Wisconsin/Stout State University with a major in Psychology. She has completed the General Insurance Program, Associate in Claims, 33, 34 & 35. Cathy is a member of National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, Mobile Claims Association, Montgomery Claims Association, Atlanta Claims Association, Alabama Workers Compensation Organization, Mississippi Claims Association and Trucking Industry Defense Association. Cathy has served on catastrophe teams.
